Your data is used only to prepare and ship your order. We share it with the courier company that handles your delivery, and no one else.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing campaigns.
How we store data
Every order arrives to us as an email. There is no customer database stored on the site.
Order emails stay in our inbox for a reasonable period (one to two years) so we can reference them if a customer reaches out.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use tracking cookies or analytics that store your personal data. We may use basic tooling to count anonymous visits.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it from our records, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or send an email and we will action your request within 14 days.
