Shipping Policy

• Cairo and Giza: 70 EGP.
• All other Egyptian governorates: 100 EGP.

We currently ship within Egypt only. If you need international shipping, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what is possible.

We aim to dispatch within one business day of confirming your order.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your governorate. Cairo and Giza are usually faster.

You will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp as soon as we receive your request. When the order ships, we send a second message with the courier tracking number.

When the courier is on the way to you, they will call the mobile number you provided in the order.

If the courier arrives and there is no response, they will try again within 24 hours. After a failed second attempt, the order is returned to us and cancelled automatically.

Please make sure your phone is reachable, and use the notes field if you have a preferred time window or a landmark to help the courier.
