Returns Policy

For us to accept a return, the deck must be:

• In its original, unplayed condition.
• In the original packaging with no damage.
• Returned within 7 days of you receiving it.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID (for example EHB-XXXXXX) and a brief reason.

We will arrange a pickup with the courier. Place the deck back in its original box and hand it to the courier when they arrive.

Once we receive the deck and verify its condition, we will refund you within 7 business days (cash via the courier, or bank transfer if you prefer).

If the return is due to a defect on our side, we cover the return shipping and refund your original shipping fee in full.

For any other reason, the return shipping fee (matching your governorate's standard rate) is deducted from the refund.

If the parcel arrives opened or visibly damaged, please photograph it on receipt and contact us the same day. We will raise the issue with the courier and resolve it for you.
